Word- Liv Torc

 I attended a WORD! event at Attenborough Arts Centre in Leicester on Thursday. 9 March 2023. The event was staged to celebrate and highlight the most recent International Women’s Day.

 

Although the weather was terrible the workshop with Liv Torc was extremely useful because we covered a range of  techniques and solutions like putting all our problems and worries into a made up fire. 

 

I really enjoyed the part of the workshop where if our heat could leave our body where would it go.

 

I enjoyed the headline act also with Liv Torc act especially the banana poetry. I got a bit sad with some of the other poets as the issues raised were heavy but reflected reality.

    Hey Bhavin, I'm glad you enjoyed the workshop and found some good techniques to deal with removing your worries. It's always important to rid yourself of worries and to always be positive :)
