  The effects of Social media

 

The impact of social media during the pandemic has been vital, it has reduced isolation and depression. Although, millions have sadly died from the virus, it is still extremely upsetting to see that these figures are getting higher daily and more people having to struggle.

I believe social media is fantastic, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, but we must remain safe online, for example don’t share bank details, for myself platforms like Microsoft Teams and Zoom  have been vital in order to stay in touch with family and friends.

    Social Media can be a great thing if used correctly. Thanks for mentioning safe things we can all do so we aren't scammed.
