Some hotels: 

Disabled shower with facilities can be hard to find 

• Disabled facilities
• Disabled toilet

• On the plan its extremely hard work going to the toilet due to the amount of small. 

• Sitting down for hours on end is very difficult. I also find having limited movement on a long flight is also extremely difficult. 

Positives aspects:  

• Lovely whether
• Nice food 
• Scenery
• relaxation 

• This can be very difficult going up and down hills. Narrow alleyways are also extremely difficult 

The plan:

non-existent in some foreign countries

Pushing a  manual wheelchair on uneven grounds and pavements

In my opinion there is good support going  through airports. The Hidden Disability Sun Flower Scheme is brilliant.
